Our Story

Our expertise is built from our heritage and legacy for over a century. Beginning in 1876, Ives was known as an industry expert crafting patented door and window accessories. Since inventing the mortise door bolt, Ives has adhered to the firm convictions of its founder H.B. Ives, that the success of a company is dependent on two major factors: product quality and customer service. Ives continuously invests in these factors with the same persevering spirit today. While we’ve been in the industry for over 170 years, we continually seek to improve.
