Non-Load Bearing: Specifically designed to support power transfer applications without bearing any door load.

Reliable Power Transfer: Provides electric power transfer to supply power to various electrified door hardware (E91105F model).

High-Quality Wiring: Each wire is 28 AWG, rated for 50 volts AC/DC at 3.5 amps continuous and 16 amps pulse, with a maximum pulse of 400 milliseconds (E91105F model).

Full Mortise Design: Ensures a secure and stable installation.

Door Compatibility: Recommended for use with doors at least 1 ¾" thick.

Opening Range: Allows doors to open a full 90°

Non-Handed: Suitable for both left-hand (LH) and right-hand (RH) installations.

Easy Connectivity: Supplied standard with Allegion Connect 4 or 8-pin Connector (CON) for easy integration with other electrified hardware items (E91105F model).

Pocket pivots are specialized door hinges that allow fire-rated doors to pivot within a recessed pocket in the door frame. This design provides a cleaner, more streamlined appearance compared to traditional hinges, and allows for full door movement without the need for exposed hardware. Pocket pivots are ideal for high-traffic areas, as they offer enhanced durability and a higher aesthetic appeal.  Ives offers electrified and non-electrified pocket pivots, the E91105F and 91105F.

Overview

The Ives E91105F (electrified) and 91105F (non-electrified) pocket pivots are designed to provide robust support and seamless power transfer for fire-rated doors. These non-load bearing pivots are available in both standard and electrified versions, featuring 28 gauge wiring for reliable electrical connectivity in the E91105F model. Suitable for doors with a minimum thickness of 1 ¾", these pivots allow doors to open a full 90° and are not recommended for wood frames or doors larger than 4'0" x 8'0". Crafted from high-strength 304 series stainless steel or cast brass, these pivots ensure maximum durability and compliance with ANSI/BHMA standards and UL 10C fire rating requirements.
